It’s a very weird time for all of us. Here is how we are handling the current Coronavirus situation.

Our deliveries

We’ve seen some big changes at the markets this week which has forced us to temporarily make our Small, Medium and Mega bunches unavailable from Tuesday 31st March onwards. If you have already ordered, we will try and fill your order as normal and will contact you if we have any issues.

At this stage it is business as usual when it comes to where and when we are delivering, it’s just the product that will change. We will be offering a Daily Market bunch which we will source from local growers each morning. This bunch will vary each day and will be available in a Single and Double size. Our Custom bunches and floral subscriptions are still temporarily unavailable.

Our drivers are taking extra precautions to ensure that our deliveries are made with minimal hand to hand contact, none where possible. Your order will be left in a safe spot and the recipient will be notified by text message. Please be sure to leave the correct mobile number when placing your order to ensure that we are able to do this. The sender will receive an email containing the proof of delivery as per our normal procedure. We do ask that recipients refrain from greeting our couriers on arrival. This is the safest way to ensure that your delivery is completed with minimal risk to both our drivers and your loved ones. We do hope you understand.

It’s important to us that we do all that we can to keep our team, our customers and the general public safe and healthy. We will continue to monitor advice from the government and will change our procedures as the situation develops.

UPDATE: For the safety of our team, customers and the general public we have temporarily suspended deliveries to hospital and universities. Please direct all deliveries to a home or business address where we will continue to make contactless deliveries where possible.

Our retail store

Like our deliveries, our retail store is operating as normal at this stage. Our team are doing all that we can to keep our little space clean and sanitised. Our space is only small, so we ask all of our customers to be mindful of social distancing between staff and other customers while shopping in store.

We made the decision to reduce our opening hours slightly, closing a little earlier on the days that we noticed it was a little quieter. Our new opening hours are listed below. We will monitor sales and advice from the government and will also continue to update this as things change.

Monday to Wednesday – 7am – 2pm
Thursday & Friday – 7am – 4pm
Saturday – 8am – 2pm

Weekends in store

Our weekends are always super busy and our market bundles are popular little guys! We’re treating this part of our business like the rest of it. We will continue to serve up our market bunches until we are advised not to. Again, our store is only little so we ask all of our customers to be mindful of social distancing between staff and other customers while visiting us.

Imported flowers have officially stopped landing in Australia so we are taking this as an opportunity to support our local growers. Some of the product you might be used to seeing in our bunches comes from overseas. Our Small, Medium and Mega bunches won’t be available for the foreseeable future, but we will be offering a Daily Market Bunch instead.

We promise to continue to aim to source the freshest and best quality product that we possibly can. We’ve had to make some changes to the way we do things but we promise our main focus will always be on producing beautiful bunches of fresh flowers.
